* This is simply the list of my equipment on this particular trip. I've seen many different rigs out there, and I've ridden on completely different rigs myself. My rig is also constantly in a state of evolution. Things come and go. I would honestly say there's no hard rules, some people will say differently, but I've seen living proof that you can do this with a lot more or less stuff. Depending on the nature of your travels! The best way to know is to get out there and see for yourself...
